Return and Refund Policy

At Trippprs, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your item, we offer returns and refunds under the following terms:

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Shipping Responsibility: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

    2. Refunds

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
    • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    3. Exchanges

    • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at trippprs@gmail.com.

    4. Non-Returnable Items

    Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as:

    • Perishable goods
    • Custom-made or personalized items
    • Sale items (only regular-priced items may be refunded)
